Mr. Talha Bin Shuja

Mr. Talha Bin Shuja is an immigration expert, entrepreneur, and operations strategist with extensive experience in technology-driven workforce development, business incubation, and organizational leadership. He currently works in operations and immigration strategy, supporting large-scale business functions, talent development, and compliance initiatives across multi-state organizations in the United States.

Mr. Shuja has played an active role in bridging academia and industry through mentorship, innovation programs, and startup ecosystem development. He has served as a judge, mentor, and advisor for several international and university-led initiatives, including Portland State University, the Entrepreneurship World Cup, Founder Institute, and the Stevie Awards. He was also appointed as an Occupational Specialist by AACSB and has contributed to entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives in collaboration with universities and government-backed programs. He also contributes industry insight to support curriculum enhancement, strengthen academia-industry collaboration, and guide students toward emerging trends in technology, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness. His professional interests include innovation management, technology commercialization, startup ecosystems, and the development of scalable, socially impactful solutions.
