serving federal contractors and the broader GovCon ecosystem. His work focuses on CMMC readiness, NIST-aligned governance frameworks, and AI-driven
compliance automation for small and mid-sized organizations within the defense industrial base. He also serves as a Fractional Chief Compliance Officer
to clients navigating federal cybersecurity mandates.
Mr. Collins holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity, conferred Magna Cum Laude. He is a Master of Legal
Studies candidate at Texas A&M University School of Law, where his academic focus includes cybersecurity compliance, False Claims Act liability, and algorithmic
